The search option allows several different ways to search our database and find all the listings that match your requirements.

Once the search of our database is complete you will see the Search Results listing all the available properties.

• Country
• Region
• State
• Listing ID

When a member creates their listing they complete the information as to what Country, Region or State the property is located in.

Country - Search for listings from a specific country. When using this option and selecting the USA or Canada as the Country, the State/Provence will need to be selected to further narrow down the search. For example: Country is USA and State is Alaska will result in all listings from the state of Alaska not all the listings in the USA.

Region - Search for listings from a specific region. This is optional information that our member may not have included in their listing. So it is possible that you search by region and not all property listings will be displayed even if the property is located in the region. Our members are encouraged to complete and fill out all the necessary information which helps to ensure that you have all the information available. But they are not required to complete all of our extensive forms.

State - You must search by country and select the State or Provence for the USA or Canada.

Listing ID - This option allows you to search for a specific listing by the ID number of the listing. For example: If you have found the listing in a previous search and know the listing number you can enter it here. Or maybe our member sent you a email with the listing ID so you could look at their property.
