Home4Swap provides a web-based form of classified advertising and can not guarantee the accuracy of information entered in the listings posted to this site nor take responsibility for the success or failure of home exchanges that result from the use of this service. We can not take responsibility for the actions of individuals who use this service.

Home4Swap reserves the right to remove any timeshare or home listing and/or pictures from its on-line database at any time.

Password - When you become a member you create a password that you would like to use. Together your log in ID and password allow you to enter the secure members area to perform modifications to your account. The log in and password are your responsibility and should be kept secret at all times. You may change your password at any time from our members area. At no time will anyone from Home4Swap require your password so we will never contact you via telephone, email or US Postal Service for your log in or password. Should someone contact you and request your password please report it to us at once. Do not give your log in ID or password to anyone!

Please do not use passwords that are easy to guess. (example: 12345 or password) Your password must be a minimum of six characters long and should contain both alpha and numeric characters for maximum security.

Should you loose or forget your password, please use the "Forgot password" option from our home page to retrieve your password.

Sending Reply Mail - We provide an on-line form for our members, for the exclusive use of sending a message to someone who requested information about your listing. The purpose for this service is to help keep your personal information private. For example, lets say you receive a message (from our site) from someone about your listing and you do not want to respond directly to them because you are not interested. Rather than not respond, you may use this service to inform the party that you are not interested and keep your email address and personal information private.

We reserve the right to monitor all email and messages sent through our site and will not tolerate abuse of this service. Sending unsolicited email via our site is strictly forbidden and will result in the immediate termination of your membership and access without a refund.

Member Removal - Once you become a member you are granted access to our secure members area. You may then create and modify your listings. Violating any of the terms and conditions may result in member termination.

Content - All listings and pictures you submit to this service must not contain offensive material or wording. We reserve the right to make final decisions on any material content. Listings may not contain any HTML or special text that makes your listing appear different from other listings when displayed in our search results. You may not use any wording or links to point viewers to a competitive service or any other web site.

Copyright - We are not responsible for any copyright violations that result from your listing. If a picture is submitted and it is brought to our attention that it is under copyright and you do not have permission to use the picture it will be removed from our listings immediatly.

By visiting this site you agree to the terms and conditions as well as to our privacy policy. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms please do not use our site.

Home4Swap reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time and without notice. An updated copy of this agreement is available on line. Violating any of the terms and conditions may result in member termination or removal of your listing and access to this site without a refund.
